Jiracoders provides calendar software that helps developers manage and customize events and schedules on Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar. Features available to you depend on your account and configuration.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Services are intended for business and professional use by adults.

3. Third-party services and calendar integrations

If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar, you authorize Jiracoders to access calendar data as described in our Privacy Policyand as permitted by the provider's terms and policies. You can revoke access at any time through Google, Microsoft, or by disconnecting the integration in the product. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services or interfere with their operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use the Services in violation of applicable law
• Use Google or Microsoft user data obtained through the Services for any purpose other than the features we provide

You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to host and process that content to operate the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jiracoders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time and disconnect third-party integrations.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
